We want you to be confident in your purchase. Here's how refunds work for our currently available service.
AI Visibility Audit / Forge Scan ($299) — same-day digital report
- Before the report is delivered: Full refund, any reason.
- After the report is delivered:Refunds are reviewed case-by-case within 14 days of purchase. If the report has technical errors or doesn't cover what was promised, we'll either fix it or refund in full.
Additional Forge tiers — coming soon
Retrofit, monitoring, agent access, and agency tiers are on the roadmap and not yet purchasable. Refund terms specific to those tiers will be published here when each one ships. Today, the only paid product is the AI Visibility Audit described above.
To request a refund
Email billing@etherealmedia.ai from the address on your order. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
If something went wrong on our end — a failed delivery, a broken file, a service outage — we'll fix it first and refund anyway if you'd still like one.
