We want you to be confident in your purchase. Here's how cancellation and refunds work for our current services.
Agent-Readiness Scan — free
The scan is free. There's no charge, so there's nothing to refund.
Agent-Readiness Retainer — $499/month subscription
- Cancel anytime:cancel from your portal or by emailing us. You won't be billed again, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Current-month refunds:reviewed case-by-case within 14 days of the charge. If we failed to deliver that month's citation probe or delivery report, or a deliverable has technical errors, we'll either fix it or refund that month in full.
Roadmap tiers — coming soon
Retrofit, monitoring, agent access, and agency tiers are on the roadmap and not yet purchasable. Refund terms specific to those tiers will be published here when each one ships. Today, the only paid plan is the Agent-Readiness Retainer described above.
To request a refund
Email billing@etherealmedia.ai from the address on your order. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
If something went wrong on our end — a failed delivery, a broken file, a service outage — we'll fix it first and refund anyway if you'd still like one.
